• 9:45 a.m. - Athlete Check-In:
  Medallion winners arrive for press interviews and pictures. (Athletes Only)

• 10:30 a.m. - Attendee Registration Opens:
  Please note, no early check-ins will be permitted. 

• 11:00 a.m. - Event Starts:
  Enjoy delicious food from Aioli Burger, Papa Palermo & Pizza Butcher, served via food trucks.

  • Important: Food choices must be designated at checkout. No onsite orders will be accommodated.

• 12:30 p.m. - Ceremony Begins:​

  • Honor the Contributor of the Game for their exceptional impact on high school football.

  • Announce The Arizona Flag Football Player of the Year Award.

  • Recognize the AIA Referee of the Year for their outstanding dedication and service to the game.

  • Celebrate as we present the Ed Doherty Award to the best high school football player in the state of Arizona.

 

IMPORTANT:

• Capacity: The event is capped at 200 people, with no exceptions. Every Athlete has a complimentary seat. The seating capacity is for additional attendees. 

• Focused on the Athletes: We’ve worked hard to reduce costs and enhance the experience, making this event all about the athletes.
